Privacy Policy and Confidentiality: The Parties acknowledge reviewing and agreeing to the Company's Privacy Policy. They also agree to comply with HIPAA regulations regarding the confidentiality of influencers' personal health information (PHI). 2. Processing Fee: The Parties agree that OB Great handles the processing fee, which is an upfront $2 charge for each session completed by the client for maintenance of OB Great. However, any payments not made through our platform (the fee charged by influencers or tutors for their session with OB Great) are outside our control and the responsibility of the influencer 3. Code of Conduct: The Parties agree to maintain professionalism and integrity while interacting with influencers and clients. 4. Representation: The Parties agree to represent OB Great positively and professionally in all interactions. 5. Truthfulness of Information: The Parties affirm that all provided information is truthful and accurate. Reimbursement Policy: In delicate situations, such as the death of an influencer or circumstances beyond their control, OB Great will reimburse clients for the session.
